Hazardous material is prohibited in the container, including but not limited to:
Rental Period
Unless otherwise agreed upon with the owner prior to the delivery, the included rental time for all dumpsters is 7 days and each additional day will be charged at $5/day.
Overage Fees
Each size dumpster has its own included weight limit. Any overages are charged by the lb at a prorated price of $95/ton. These charges will be measured and assessed after your dumpster is removed and disposed of and are due immediately. If you have any questions regarding the weight limit/overage charges, please ask so there is no confusion upon final billing.
Container level shall not exceed the top edge. Anything above the edges will need to be removed manually and a charge will be added for this service – $35 being the minimum, depending on the amount of items and the time taken to unload enough items to make the load even with the sides.
Please note: Due to the weight of the container, A&G Carting LLC cannot and will not be responsible or liable for the damage to the surface that the container is placed on - please make the decision of where you want your dumpster with this information in mind.
Methods of Payment
All Checks should be made payable to: A&G Carting LLC. Payment may also be made by credit card, in addition to cash and check. Payment is due at the time of your service.
Damage to Our Containers
The customer is responsible for indemnifying A&G Carting for any excess damage to our containers while in your care.
